NZWCS Leg Ulcer Working Group

The Leg Ulcer Working Group (LUWG) is an advisory group of the NZWCS taked with providing expert advice on lower limb ulceration and undertaking projects in relation to the prevention and management of lower limb ulceration.

Members of the LUWG are nurses specialising in leg ulcer assessment and management. The group members are:

A sub-group of the LUWG has been established to provide specific advice and undertake project work on diabetic foot ulceration. This group is being led by Leigh Shaw, Podiatrist.
